She has a strong track record building growth and sustainability strategies in a variety of roles for Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Kellogg’s and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining the Simplification Institute Emilie was leading Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy for Johnson & Johnson. Emilie advocates the idea that sustainability strategy can go hand in hand with complexity management and she has seen first hand the positive long term business benefits. Emilie has truly multi-cultural background, she has lived in more than 5 countries across 5 continents. On a weekend you can easily find her on a yoga mat, on a tennis court or shooting the streets of London.
